Richard is professional, explains his work in a calm and patient manner, and recommends the best course of action before executing flawlessly on the work. He has installed a new water heater and added a loop to the pipes. I now get hot water in 10 seconds instead of 2 minutes! His prices were competitive for the work done. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I had a very frustrating experience with Richards Rooter and Plumbing. I called them to fix a clogged drain, and the technician arrived late, then quickly diagnosed the problem without properly assessing the situation. The job was poorly done, and the clog came back within a few days. When I reached out to the company for a follow-up, they were unresponsive and didn’t offer any resolution. I ended up hiring another plumber to redo the work properly. I would not recommend Richards Rooter and Plumbing, as their service was unprofessional and ineffective.

Richard is absolutely incredible! He came , solved my shower heating problems and we are working on our solution! Can’t wait to add our before and after photos! I think that it’s important to mention… Richard is a class act. Sometimes as a single lady, one would get nervous being taken advantage of. Not with Richard!!! He’s a straight shooter!

Richard knows his craft and applies honesty to everything he does. He unclogged a couple sinks for my business. It’s refreshing to meet a knowledgeable get shit done right plumber. You’re not going to get jerked around and ripped off (like a few other plumbers that really just like to bleed you of money saying oh this is more complicated than it should be). Call Richard!
